Supervisory Board

The Droga Kolinska, d. d., Supervisory Board, has five members.

The Supervisory Board is executing its tasks in accordance with the legislation, Company Statute, and the adopted Supervisory Board Working Rules. Its fundamental authority and responsibility is to execute professional supervision over company management, which is to provide for the execution of the set company business policy. Members of the Supervisory Board perform their function in the interest of all shareholders and the company itself. It is the set practice for the Supervisory Board to meet in regular ordinary sessions.
