Development strategy

Our development strategy is based on a principle that every individual has a potential for growth. The goals of our development strategy are retention, improving employees' current skills and obtaining new skills, grooming employees for promotions and resolving performance problems. Our development programs are aimed to create a leadership potential for the future through skills improvement and change of work values and perspectives at different leadership levels.

Many organizations equate development with training. In fact, training is only a single element in a much larger strategy. We strongly believe that development is integral to business strategy, not just a part of the human resources function. That is why our development strategy includes other development activities such as: expanded or/and changed responsibilities, new jobs, temporary assignments, special project, on-the-job trainings etc.

To support our development strategy we designed performance management system which help us foster knowledge, competencies and behaviours necessary for business success.
